The two ways to log in to Paperless — with RWTH Sign-In or with an external account.
Paperless supports two login methods. On the login page you choose between Access RWTH Sign-In and Login for externals.
Use Access RWTH Sign-In with your RWTH Aachen University credentials. Please make sure that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is set up — without it, the login will fail. You can set up MFA in the ITC Selfservice.
Some students at RWTH Aachen University do not have an RWTH Sign-In account yet. In that case, use Login for externals with your own email address. You will first create an account and confirm it with a verification link.
You will receive an RWTH Sign-In account later on. Once you log in with it, your previously submitted requests are transferred to that account, if possible.
